Hey! I'm Kat. =]

I'm 16, and I live in Colorado.

My obsessions: Harry Potter, politics
I enjoy reading more than anything else (Nerdfighters for the win!). I also love to write, dance (but not when anyone is watching), horseback ride, run, swim, hike, play soccer, cook, draw, paint, and talk online (far too much). I'm huge on the environment and politics and conserving the world we have right now. Umm...like I said, I'm obsessed with Harry Potter. I'm also involved in STAND and all that anti-genocide stuff.

What don't I like? Tomatoes, lima beans, RHS, world suck, moths, snow, cold weather, fundamentalists, evangelicals. (Wow, do I live in the wrong place.)

But I probably like you!

Distant Light

I've been wanting to write a blog basically for the past two weeks. But I've always been too tired, or too confused, or completely unable to put my feelings and thoughts into actual intelligible words. Today, though, I am going to sit down here at my computer and do my best to be honest and true and REAL. Not all of it will make sense. Much of it won't be happy. But, that's what it will be.

Pondering the Labyrinth

It's late. I know. But there was no way I was going to fall asleep after the events of this afternoon/evening, so I decided I needed to write a blog post. Remembering
